To have an AirBnB in Florida you have to register your property with the FL Department of Business and Professional Regulation AKA DBPR. Here is the printable application.

To have an AirBnB in Huntsville AL you must have a permit. You are going to also contact the zoning department to verify the use + location of the AirBnB before hand.

To have an AirBnB in Guntersville AL you will need to get a permit for the short term rental (when zoned as a residential within city limits).
